For those who may not use Facebook...
I have created a website telling the story of my uncle, Tom, who is in need of a double lung transplant and heart bypass surgery. He was diagnosed in 2005 with black lung disease and has fought with that ever since. I have created a PayPal donation page for him because he has been put on the donor waiting list and they could call him at any time.
Please check out the website and consider donating. The Dunlap Family certainly appreciates any donations to aid in the cost of treatments, medications, travel, therapy, etc. that are involved with his surgery.
